"Hope that is seen in no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has?
But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait patiently."
As we move closer to Spring, I watch my family shaking off the wintery weather.
It feels like years since we had seen real, radiant sunlight. The air is fresh and light and so good for Z to be out in. I'm convinced the cold weather robs us of a certain energy. Its draining.
SPRING FORWARD IS JUST A FEW DAYS FROM NOW!!
Ben was just recently commenting on crops being planted and the potential energy each seed has. Each seed is being germinated and made ready for the season ahead. That seems so applicable to our family right now. We're each in a place of waiting and preparation.
Ben, we hope, will soon be notified that he has been accepted to the Master Program in Baltimore. Z is constantly in this state, learning and preparing for the life ahead of him. Myself, well I am in school too.
As a family, we are setting goals and building dreams. We may not be at the stage where we can take many actions, but it is important to us to not neglect the place we are in.Our family goals and purposes, while flexible they must be, are what will keep us going.
In the next few months, we hope to have more to share about Ben's future Master's Program and the general welfare of our home. Hopefully we can get more pictures up soon as well.
